Returns and deliveries
Please ensure the product you order is the correct colour, style and size. As each item is individually made it is not possible to refund or exchange goods after receipt of order.
Upon receipt of delivery, open the packaging to check the goods are as ordered and not damaged. Any discrepancies must be noted on the delivery note. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage not noted on the delivery note. In addition to noting any problem on the delivery note, please report the problem to Prior Products Ltd. Within 2 working days.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the product ordered is suitable for the location it is installed in. Please check the relevant specification sheet for details. If you have any doubts, please contact Prior Products Ltd.
Whilst we endeavour to deliver the goods as soon as possible, we cannot accept responsibility for costs incurred due to late delivery. If late delivery is inevitable, we will try to contact you.
Payment
All goods are to be paid for on order. If you wish to pay by cheque, please contact Prior Products Ltd.
All prices quoted on the website include delivery to mainland UK, a fixing kit and VAT at the current rate.
Prices quoted do not include sealant or lead. These can be purchased from any local builders merchant or DIY retailer.
